Yesterday was one of the first snow falls of the semester here. I think it actually snowed a bit on Thursday but unfortunately I was in class and was not able to see it. But yesterday it pretty much snowed all day-mostly off and on. Although the snow is not sticking very much yet it is still very exciting! I'm sitting at my kitchen table, looking at the snow fall as I write this. I am super excited about it snowing! I haven't been to the snow in years and I've missed living in it since I moved to California from Oregon. Of course in a short amount of time I will probably be sick of all the snow--but for now I'm gonna enjoy it while I can!
In the lane, snow is glistening,
A beautiful sight,
We're happy tonight,
Walking in a winter wonderland.
When it snows, ain't it thrilling,
Though your nose gets a chillilng,
We'll frolic and play, the Eskimo way,
Walking in a winter wonderland!
